The New Lifting Program

Sorry it has taken so long to really get this going. The newest winter workout my team has adapted is something called Bigger Faster Stronger Magnum or just BFS Magnum. The workout is so intense most guys threw up when we got done with it or like me just layed on the ground in pain.
The secret to the workout is using the bodies natural steroid testosterone. Once we get this flowing the rest is a mental game of pushing to the ultimate maximum. To start we take whatever squat weight we can handle doing 3 sets of 10 reps at a very deep level to engage all muscles in the legs and surrounding area. These are all done with a spotter and using very precise form. When the squats are done its balls to the wall from there because everything is at top speed. With your partner now you do push pull exercises. For example after a biceps workout you do its extender the triceps. The catch to this workout is not only running to each lift but doing every lift a total of three sets to failure each time. This is where people are separated, from those being genetically different or those who just can't push themselves mentally.
The day before the workout again we all drink copious amounts of water to insure not having to drink during the workout in fear of throwing up.

Once the workout is over we all take proper stretch technique by doing 1234. That is one is each leg ( ham strings) for thirty seconds 2 is arms going back and up, 3 is on the wall with quads, calves, and achilles tendon, finally 4 is not stretches but minutes on the floor doing any stretch you can think of like hurdle, butterfly, basball stretches. They all work great this is so as you get strong you can keep you flexibility up and speed quick.

A new beginning!

Well as my first blog I would like to say welcome to those who will be reading. I hope your ready to discuss the pros and cons and helpful tips to getting better results in the weight room! Tommorow is Monday and in the morning I will awaken at 5:30 to eat a high protein breakfast before lifting with primarily explosive exercises.

Exercise:
Box Squat
Towel Bench
Glute-Hams
Abdominal workout
Shoulder press
Lunges
Full supination curls

Today's Focus will be trying to drink a bottle of water every two hours starting at 8:00 am and ending at 3:30
This is done to provide body with fluid it needs to maintain healthy muscles and allow body to focus on packing on muscle and evading lactic acid to set myself up for a good week with minimal soreness! Good luck everyone be genetically different!
